Conference Registration Information

Early Bird conference registration rates will be available until Friday, May 22nd at 11:59 p.m.

The last day for conference registration will be Friday, June 5th at 4 p.m.

Delegate Registration price does not include hotel accommodations, travel or pre-conference events (Pre-conference events include the CCUFSA Golf Tournament, Nutrition & Wellness Forum, or Ottawa Sightseeing Experience).

  • Early Bird Rate $699

    Regular Rate $799 (full conference)

    Spouse/Partner Rate $399 (full conference)

    Single-day Rate $299 (per day)

    Pre-conference Events $199 (each)

  • Trade Show Booth Rental (Associate Members) $2,049 + hst (per booth)

  • We Accept VISA, Mastercard & American Express

    All delegates (excluding spouses / partners) registering for the conference must be CCUFSA Members
